Perfect for those with less movement experience and those brand new to Mary's work. Learn the MELT length and Neurostrength techniques in an in-depth progression, while improving body awareness and strength.
Bring your Pilates or movement practice to the next level while addressing specific body needs and goals! We will use the MELT balls, roller and bands, and your body weight. This series is designed to rehydrate connective tissue (including fascia) and challenge muscle firing patterns, improving your nervous system performance. This stimulates your reflexes, rebalances the muscle and nervous system connections, and restores the supportiveness of the neuro-fascial web, crucial for smooth and dynamic motion. Please note: these classes are designed to include beginners to MELT; however, they do require that you have movement study experience, in Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Sport, Barre class, etc. The cuing is rigorous. If you are not sure about your preparedness, please give Mary a call at 206-251-0690.
