Fletcher Fusion 8 Week Series with Diana Garcia

We will begin learning the Fletcher Fundamentals including the 7 Standing & Centering Cues and Percussive Breathing, and progress each week utilizing the signature techniques of first generation Pilates Master Ron Fletcher; Fletcher Towelwork®, Fletcher Floorwork®, Fletcher Barrework™. Each class will provide a full body movement experience exploring all spinal mechanics, hip stability and mobility, dynamic breathing, and SPIRIT! Throughout the 8 weeks you will develop a new awareness of how the body moves that you can apply to your daily life and all other activities.
